My problem was corrected.

I approved the repairs, they were done that day and I picked up the car. All codes are clear after over 100 miles of driving, I am pleased with the result.

I found this company on Angie's List and continue to use them. They have repeatedly had the opportunity to rip me off and continue to provide honest and thorough service. This time I purchased a used car for my daughter and wanted them to do an inspection. As usual, they could have told me I needed a few hundred dollars in minor maintenance and I would have believed them. But Tim called me back and told me the car was in great shape. Furthermore, I TRUST that he did a compete inspection because he went on to tell me everything he saw....what's been replaced, the condition of certain wearable parts, etc. And the total bill was $90.00 - a bargain for the peace of mind when I let my daughter drive this car. Tim is honest, preaches safety, and continues to say that "we don't sell you what you don't need." He has a customer for life.

This is the third time I have taken a vehicle to OK Wheel and Brake and it won't be the last.  I found this company on Angie's List and went to them because of their honesty and affordability.  I have not been disappointed.

I cannot claim to be car savvy so I need someone who will be honest with me.  These guys have repeatedly had an opportunity to repair/replace things I have asked them to look at, and if repairs are not needed they always come back and tell me so.  In fact, I was fairly set on coming back at a later date to replace the water pump and they gave me an honest opinion about if/when to get that done.

In short, they could take me to the cleaners and I would be none the wiser.  But they always say, "we don't sell you what you don't need."  I will use them exclusively and strongly recommend them to anyone else.  They are not limited to wheels and brakes -- they do complete auto maintenance.

I found this provider on Angie's List and my subscription paid off today by going to this company.  In short, I was certain I needed new brake pads and rotors.  I was given a very fair quote over the phone and made an appointment.  By noon I received a call telling me that the brakes were in great shape and just had collected some dust.  Rather than ripping me off and doing the $300 brake job I was quoted, they cleaned the brakes and only charged me for that.  I will go back to this provider again and again, and recommend them to my friends.

I have been a very satisfied customer of this business since 1981. These professionals have performed prior-to-purchase inspections on all of our used vehicles we've purchased, as well as regular maintenance on both them and all of the new vehicles we've purchased. We've seen 3 new vehicles we purchased in the past each reach their maximum mileage life of 250,000+ miles due to the excllent maintenance and advice provided by this business. Their recent stalwart advice was crucial to the purchase of a new truck that continues to be an excellent buy. They continue to provide frank, honest advice that results in the best choices for the vehicle and for the customer. They very often give advice that does NOT result in unnecessary profits to or repairs by their establishment. That is amazing in that it stands in stark contrast to the "strictly financially-motivated" businesses that mark today's business environment. They also continue to provide excellent, no-cost advice to our friends and family members as needed. You will NOT find a better, more reliable or more customer-friendly business than this one. I could mention many, many instances where their help has been invaluable to my family and I, but suffice it to say that there is absolutely no reason for us to even consider using a different automotive repair facility than this one.

I am very pleased with the service I received.  This is the first time for me to use this provider and I got the provider off of Angie's List.  Kyle listened to me try to explain the strange noise that the vehicle made and listened as I explained how other service providers had tried to identify this noise.  Although the brakes obviously needed work, he went further to check other alternatives to solving the noise.  I drove the vehicle yesterday and the brakes work great and there is no noise!  Although he was unable to fix the short or disconnect the security system, he did refer me to someone who might help.  I plan to use this company for all of my future auto needs and would recommend him to others.  This is an older vehicle and I want to keep it.  I now feel confident that I can keep this vehicle running well using OK Wheel & Brake for caring for this vehicle and the other one I own.
