The lack of information caused me grief. They didn’t clarify the terms of the agreement the Pay off the loan and what is the % rate. By not clarifying the terms they locked me into a contract without my awareness. I am very disappointed and cheated by this company. They are out to take advantage of the poor. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and a week has and still no response.
