I had been without power for three days longer than most of my neighbors. They could have fixed and charged me, but went out of their way and arranged for the fix with no cost to me.

We called a competitor on Monday morning and still had not heard back by Tuesday afternoon. We called Mastersons and thye said they would be here in about 30 minutes. They arrived in 15 minutes. They were really nice and gave us and estimate of $450 dollars. They returned to do the work on Monday due to our schedule. They said they would be here by 8:30 am. They were here at 8:15. They did the needed work quite efficiently. They were very polite and thanked us for the business as they left.
