I would not recommend him to anyone.  He was very seldom on-site and was very hard to work with.  He was a fast talker and a slow worker.  He had subcontractors that he had to come in and do work and he did not pay them and they were calling me all the time asking if I would pay them because he had not paid them.  It was not a good experience at all.  He would always make excuses for not being able to come whenever I called him.  He was very hard to get hold of; I would call and he would not return calls, and when he finally did return calls he would act all innocent.  I even had to go buy tools for the subcontractors to use because he did not supply them.  He would send the subcontractors out to work and he wouldn’t have any supplies for them to work with.  He did however use good quality roofing material.  The subcontractors were very punctual, but he was never there to oversee the job.

Material actual cost for the roof was appx $3,200.  Jim charged $7,500

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. MY ROOF LOOKS GREAT, AND THE PRICE WAS CHEAP. THEY ALSO GOT THE JOB DONE REALLY FAST WITH NO COMPLICATIONS.
