They were very professional. They tried to make it cost efficient for her because she is elderly. She is 93 and she is on a budget. She has a fairly large house and they said that she really needs a bigger unit but they got it working enough to keep her cool and comfortable. We have recommended them. The price was very reasonable. They were very responsive. They couldn't come on a weekend but they came first thing on Monday. They did what they said they would do.
