JERICHO HOME INSPECTIONS LLC

This is the second time I've hired Jeremy. I scheduled the appt., then I had to cancel because something came up, and he was very nice about it and said to call him when I wanted to reschedule, which I did. He was on time to the appt., and he did his usual extremely thorough inspection. He climbed on the roof, inspected all around the house, checked doors and windows for settling issues (this was an old house), checked the appliances, ran water on all the taps and crawled under the house to look for plumbing leaks and any other concerns. As he worked, he would explain to me and the realtors any problems he found. There were two questions that were related to the foundation that he said really would require a structural engineer to determine whether they were problems (As it turns out, the FHA inspector agreed and required the sellers to hire a structural engineer to assess those two issues and write a report). I received the report from Jeremy (actually, a link to a website where the report and photos could be printed or forwarded to other people) within 48 hours -- very thorough. I have since bought the house and I'm using Jeremy's report to guide me on making the repairs that I didn't ask the sellers to complete.
