+ -1 moreWe are very disappointed in the job this contractor did. He has ignored our complaints and has probably forced us to take legal action.
Description of Work: This fence contractor did not stand behind his work for us. Three days after our wood fence was finished, pickets began warping and popping off. We have made numerous phone calls about the problem. He has told us twice that he would be out to make repairs, but has never shown up. He has ignored our complaint with the BBB, so now we have few options besides legal action. In addition, the materials used were full of holes, so we'll probably have further problems with the durability of the fence in the future.

+ -1 moreThey came out very quickly to give an estimate and did the work soon after. However, their work is extremely sloppy and they do not return calls once they have your money. I have a section of chain link where there is 2 complete diamonds difference in height on a thirty foot section. They also split the top rail on this section, left off bolts, and didn't put the end cap back on. Honestly, this is the worst fence repair job I've seen - that section will have to be redone it is so bad. Both my wife and I have attempted to contact them but they do not return calls. They use very cheap fencing materials as well - some of it is already rusting. Sanders Fence did the original fence and it is 10 times the quality. I took several pictures of the problem areas just to document how poor it was.
Description of Work: They repaired three sections of chain link fence that were downed by the ice storm of 2007.
