Wal-Mart Tire & Lube Express - Mcalester

I always buy road service on my Wal-Mart tires because I'm *really* rough on tires so, the service was free. They did great work and my tire rides great but, while I was paying for my item, someone stole my netbook which was laying on the counter.

I am on a very tight budget. Unfortunately Wal-Mart is the cheapest place to go in McAlester, OK. They did not have the tires I wanted in the size I needed in stock. I had to get the next higher priced tires. When the work was complete they were to call my cell phone and page me over the store intercom. They did neither. I then drive my car straight home, something didn't seem right. They hadn't balanced the tires. Of course I take the car back immediately to get the oversight fixed. Instead of placing my car next in line, I was put at the end of the line and had to wait another 2hrs. The only reason I will use their services again is due to my finances and Wal-Mart having a monopoly in this town. I can't afford to go anywhere else. However, I am saving money so I can possibly have a better chance of going some place else in the future.
