Not well at all .... before the purchase I asked the realtor if the property had road access ... They assured me that it did ... After the closing I found the the land had no road access! I called World Class Ranches to assist me in correcting the situation; they just walked away from all responsibiity, took my money, and left me with unusabale land. I have now been working on resolving this for over four years and spending thousands of dollars in legal fees.
