Eye Care - Optometry, Eye Care - Optical Sales & Repair
Receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. During the eye exam the doctor seemed to be rushing me and when I said one looked better but was still blurry he said it was good enough. When I asked about why it was good enough even though it still looked blurry to me he huffed and did one more switch of the eye machine and said there. Then when I was selecting a frame the staff that was helping me said you don't need to look at those frames your insurance covers these frames. Like I can't afford to pay the difference in the cost of frames. Guess they were considering how much they charge even after insurance pays. It cost almost $300 on top of insurance for a pair of glasses here. I have since went to another Optometrist and for the same type of lenses and frames that I want not what they said I need because of insurance it only cost me $50 with a nice friendly staff to boot.
