I called all around the area to get quotes- he was prompt to come out, give me a quote, and very understanding of my needs (price, efficiency, timeline) etc. He gave me options appropriate for my wishes and had the unit installed immediately a couple days later.  Great service.  great crew.

We were so pleased with the work that Jordan Luker and his crew did at our cabin that when we needed to replace our heat & air unit at our home, we called Luker Heating. He had the best price, showed up on time, was very professional, completed the job when he said he would, and left the area much cleaner then when he got here.

Very professional. Showed up when they said. Follow up service was excellent. Workers were pleasant, fast and friendly. Cleaned up when they were done. Need new unit at another residence. I will call them when I am ready.

This company is great. Jordan Luker came out and gave us an estimate and went over where the unit would go, duct work locations and things we needed to complete before installation. He kept in contact with us via email and phone as to when they could do the installation of our central heat and air unit. We set up a time for installation and they arrived when they said they would. They registered our equipment for us after installation. We had a minor problem with the thermostat and someone showed up within an hour of our call. They worked closely with our electrician. They went over every detail of the unit before and after installation. They cleaned up the area after they were done. They were very professional, friendly and available when we needed them. I can't say more about the customer service. I wish everyone we have dealt with on this project were as customer oriented as these folks were.
