Experience was awful. When I purchased the unit I was told an installer would be calling me. The store called me twice to confirm dates when I had never heard from an installer. Finally one called and set a date and time. I took off work that day. No one ever showed and I didn't get a phone call. I called the store to talk to the manager. He was busy and said they would callback. I had to call back to get any info and was told the installer quit and they didnt see the need to call people. This battle went on for two weeks. Finally got a new installer out and when he started the installation parts were missing. He said he would be back the next day but it was another two weeks before it was done. They didnt even finish it and took all the extra parts with him. They didnt even put the light bulbs in that came with it. I had to get my own. I still haven't got the key pad to work for the door. I was a mess. I have had other issues with this same store over the last several months. Very unprofessional
