On this particular visit, I thought I needed a new battery as I kept having no charge in the morning, even after re-charging. The technician started out with my request for a new battery but then pointed out the cable was loose and that I probably didn't need one (and he was right). Not only did they not make the sale on the battery, they wouldn't even bill me for the technicians time.
