I cannot heap enough praise on Digital Technology Solutions (DTS)! Before DTS there were only a couple of companies who performed computer repair, one of whom we were contracted. Every time we needed them, it would sometimes be days before they would show. At some point, I asked why it took so long. I was surprised at their honesty when told the basis of work orders was on how much billing would result. Being a small company, we kept going to the bottom of the list. This town has a lot, of small businesses and while I cannot remember how we found out about DTS, we are SO GLAD we did and certainly tell everyone we know who has a computer if they want prompt, reliable and overall excellent service –the staff is also fabulous– call DTS.
