We had a septic issue that needed to be dealt with right away. He kept saying he was going to come but he never showed up. They didn't call to say they weren't coming. His prices were high. They came out one time and did some work. The guys were really frightening to look at. As a woman at home alone, you don't want people like that in your house. I was a little intimidated.

Absolutely a bad idea two tweaker show up came into my house told my wife all kinds of things needed to meet building code messed up my kitchen can't push my stove in place ,while I'll was getting a useless Co detector that wasn't needed that they said , installed a 8 inch pipe and replaced a shut off valve and replaced gas lines all unnecessary improvements so said city inspector the gas company technicians,, 1ST TIME CALLING nobody knew what was going on 2ND times someone assured me they would get to the bottom of it ,,, mins later ,,, a surprise guy called saying it was B S and cussed at me I got high blood pressure oh no they got a piece of my mind from my sailor days,,, just call anyone else

I FELT THAT THE MAN THAT DID THE JOB DID A SWELL JOB. HE CAME IN AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT HE DID MORE THAN HE HAD TO IN A FLAT RATE.
