SMITH DRESSLER ELECTRICAL SVC

Well this all started with a new dryer that had dried many loads of laundry one Sunday afternoon and would not start for the last load. Roper was contacted and a service person was sent to diagnose the problem. After checking the electrical circuits he determined the dryers problem was due to low voltage. Our old house was not properly wired with an electrical panel in a room that housed the propane water heater which was in poor shape that in turn fed two other electrical panels one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. The electrical breaker that covered the dryer was located in the electrical panel where the gas water was located which was very rusted which caused the reduce electrical load that would not allow the dryer to operate. Had three cost estimates and Smith/Dressler was the most lowest bidder for the job and was selected. Smith/Dressler personnel Al, and Craig began working on all this mess on Monday March 17th and began the tedious task of re-feeding circuits re-feeding all the old wiring to the new panel in the garage. A new riser and weather-head was relocated through the roof above the garage. Installed a 200 amp indoor panel in the garage, along with 2 hallway receptacles, 2 bathroom GFI receptacles, a double receptacle with GFI in the kitchen, and an all weather outlet to keep our horses water tank from freezing outside. Also the new panel was grounded outside the garage. This job was completed with complete professionalism. Al and Craig worked very late Monday night and was completed finished by midday on Tuesday. Couldn't ask for two better guys than Al and Craig. I would definitely use Smith Dressler again.
