When we realized our tree needed cut down, we were quoted 8,000 dollars to take down my tree by a local company in Norman. Samuel Augustus General contracting was able to remove it for 2000.00. Seriously, folks, he is the guy you want. If in Norman, dont waste your time with local tree service companies; they will destroy your bank account. Samuel Augustus General Contracting and excavation will get the job done correctly, quickly, and at a price that is incredibly fair. Please consider him for your tree removal or the other services he offers. "

"I hired this company to do a deep clean , there were 2 people who came. They couldn?t finish the job and said they would come next time to finish up. They had spent nearly 8 hours at the house .They did decent job , but it almost felt like they were doing this for the first time and had no prior experience . The night before I was suppose to get my house cleaned a second time , the manager calls up and says they have to change the price of the cleaning because the sqft of my house is alot. I had already mention my house and sqft before hand and we had agreed on prices before the first cleaning. They are deceptive and not honest in pricing and really not worth the cost compared to other companies out there."

My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
