It ended with me withholding final payment and going to court to dispute the costs compared to the work done. In the end since there was no written contract the judge ruled that I didn't owe them any more money but that they also aren't liable for the work that was performed and I need to get it repaired at my own expense. So now I have another company coming to repair my brand new fence at my own expense. Not very satisfied.
