I called one morning because Air Conditioner was not working. They arrived within 2 hours and had us up and running within the hour

The furnace quit running on Sunday. I thought I would get a head start by calling immediately and putting a message on their answering machine. I was surprised to find they had an answering service and a real person answered. If it had been an emergency the service could have called for immediate repairs but I told them it wasn't an emergency and that I would call back Monday. I called Martin's at 9:00 am Monday and they had Eric out here by 10:30 am. He checked the furnace out and diagnosed the problem in about 45 minutes. The furnace is old and the parts had to be ordered. Eric was back out about 11:00 am Wednesday. They had been sent the right box but the wrong part was inside. Stuff happens. Eric was back out Friday morning and completed the fix in about 45 minutes. Good job. Eric doesn't talk much but he provided what I wanted, results.

Martin's service does an excellent job at a good price. They have serviced my Heating and AC for several years now and I have always felt that they gave me a great deal with friendly technicians who obviously know what they're doing.

The workers showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Very professionally done, as always. We have used Martin's for over 20 years with no complaints. They are very responsive to emergencies as well as yearly inspections. The workers are friendly and skilled and offer creative solutions. On this occasion they replaced a heatpump that we lost in the Mannford fires..

They did a good job. They were efficient and timely.
