They replaced the back door. I had to go to Lowe's myself and purchase the door, and then they came and installed it. They did a pretty good job, however the exterior caulking around the door frame did not match the caulking on the rest of the house; they used a generic white caulk.

Contacted same day requested info...Frank showed next day and gave bid. His crew was out the next day. Work was done okay; one door was cut a little short but it will work. If use red oak again probably for window replacement and siding repair

"Unfortunately when you’re installing two separate doors in one opening and their not pre hung with a jamb you might have to cut them at different sizes to make fit existing opening however I left messages with Home owner’s to come back and try to adjust it to their satisfaction but they will not respond."
