 + 1 moreClassic Works Ltd are very good. It was the second time the roof had to be repaired because of hail and it was quite expensive, although insurance paid for it. He's very reliable. He did a real good job of monitoring the other contractors. He was always accessible and was present throughout all the construction and monitored that very closely. I also used him prior to that for different things. In one instance, he was the only one who could come up with a solution to a problem I had.
Description of Work: My house and property, including my roof, was damaged after a hailstorm and I hired him as the main contractor to fix the damages. There was a lot of damages to the property and I used him as a general contractor so I wouldn't have to work with three or four different construction type of people myself.

Description of Work: Corrected long-standing problems with a box gutter between house and add-on patio room. Most convention gutter service provides refused to consider a solution. One installed a gutter helmet which prevented gutter from accepting rainwater. Applying common sense solved a problem no one else would consider.
