The service turned out very well. They have good customer service and they did a much better job the second time than they did the first time actually. I would tell a family member or a neighbor that it was a good experience, but it might take two visits to get the results that they request.

They are easy going and nice people to work with. They do their work efficienetly. Scheduling an appointment is good. Sometimes, I do not have to be home for them to to do the work.

They came out the day after I called them, on time. Removed some big wasp nests from high on the eves, more from the garage. They also sprayed the house and explained what bugs to look for and how to make the house and property less attractive to them.

I've had no problems with them.  The price is on par with normal prices.  It's pretty much competitive.  My wife checked the advertisement and used them.  I had an old guy and he did a really good job.  The service was good.  Their responsiveness was okay because they were busy.

I would not recommend using them in this area. They never kept their appointments and never got rid of any of my bugs so I don't know what spray they used. They had a weird, creepy guy that provided the service. Their price was pretty average in the market but they didn't take care of any pest problems. I caught one of the creepy looking guys looking in my window and I called them. They came over right away. They missed appointments all the time. I would not use them again.
