 + -1 moreThe people who were doing the work were not dependable (Cheryl Edwards - Cheryl's Pretty Floors, recommended by Sutherland's and Eand M Flooring), did not finish their work and were not honest. Sutherland's should be more careful about who they recommend to install their products. They also referred Cheryl to do work for an elderly woman who was treated horribly unfair and had to go to court for resolution. I'll stick with Lowe's or Home Depot, thank you.
