Steve's does ALL my auto work, perfect every single time. The price is outstanding and they never leave me hanging...if they say it will be by 3pm, it's 3pm. period.
I have heard people say they don't like his location and so they don't go there, THEIR LOSS.
There are TONS of NICE looking good locations in town that have TERRIBLE auto repair service....Steve's does the job RIGHT, and timely.
Call ahead, because they stay busy...plan on giving them a reasonable time frame to fix your issue.
I've had them do my regular scheduled repairs, replace brakes on all my wheels, replace engine parts ......The work is wonderful.

I am new to the area so I checked Angie's list for a good mechanic in the area. Steve's Automotive had several good reviews so I tried them. They quoted me a price over the phone to replace a timing belt on an Acura car that I thought was very reasonable and an appointment for a couple days later was made. Work was done promptly at the price quoted. As I was leaving I met their and quot;Hondaand quot; mechanic that worked on my car and I asked him about a oil leak I had on another Honda car I use to commute to work. I was told by another mechanic shop that the oil leak was from a bad head gasket. Steve's mechanic told me it was more likely from the VTEC sensing unit on the side of the head and told me to bring it by some time and he would take a look at it to be sure. I brought it in a day or so later and he said yes it was coming from the sensing unit. This repair was scheduled for a few days later and my oil leak is gone now. The other mechanic wanted over $1200 to replace the head gasket and I got it fixed for less than $100 at Steve's Automotive. My 2 experiences with Stave's Automotive were great and they have all my business from on.

I took my car in for a check engine light. I had previously taken it to the Honda dealer (Milo Gordon). The dealer did not even diagnose the problem or give me any plan of action other than to "take the engine apart for at least $1200." They did not seem to know anything at all about my car's issue. I then took it to Steve's, where the mechanic diagnosed the problem, researched an answer, and ordered the parts. He called me many times during this process to make sure I was on board with the plan. He also took pictures to show me exactly where the issue was. He fixed the problem quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. Extremely impressed with the service provided here and would recommend to anyone. My mechanic was Jim, who is the Honda/Acura guy there. The only downside is it is a small shop and they are usually booked several days in advance. I had to wait three or four days to get my car in to get the chain replaced. Luckily we have two cars so it wasn't a huge issue. Definitely worth the wait though!
