We paid a 50% deposit for an above ground pool in early July and were promised installation during the last week of July. They did not even call that week and it took several calls to them to find out that the installation would be delayed. Even when we went to their store they would not say when installation would be completed. It was finally done, over a week late. The work, once it was completed, was fine, but their lack of customer service was poor. I do not recommend this company.

They were great at coming out to start the opening; however, they got really busy and it took several days after the pool was full before they could return to get the pump going.

They were at the house to deliver it exactly as they promised on the day of delivery, complete with chemicals and instructions on the new tub. Love the tub! They are quick to answer any problems I have with the chemicals--they have changed since we bought the old one from a company no longer in business. Really very satisfied with Splash. We had delayed getting a new tub dreading the damage that would be done to the landscape--no damage. They were very conscientious. Will continue to use them.
