PIT STOP

They provided oil change and then told me that it was recommended my vehicle get transmission, differential and power steering fluids service.  This service took roughly an hour.  The next day my vehicle was not running right and was hard to steer.  I took it back in and they spent an hour doing something that they would not tell me of what they did.  They also took it for a high speed test drive.  They stated that my power steering fluid was low and they topped it off again and that if it were leaking again, to bring it back in.  The next day, my vehicle was sputtering so I took it into the dealership.  The dealership said my transmission fluid line looked like someone had tried to repair it and that it should not be driven until they replace it completely.  It was unsafe to drive.  Pit Stop service technician can not be trusted.  I was not having any problems until these "recommended" services were performed.  If they did something that caused this to my vehicle, they needed to let me know that my vehicle was not safe to drive.  And I do not appreciate being told it was lucky lady's day to have a discount.  I am a retired military service member.  I'll take that discount.  The prices in comparison are higher than the dealership so I will not be taking my vehicle to them ever again.  I hope others take caution when considering where to take their vehicle.
