It was just an average oil change. I gave them a 'c' on professionalism because they pulled out the brand new air filter and showed it to me acting like it was dirty and wanted to know if I wanted it changed. That doesn't instill confidence. I feel like it was kind of expensive for an oil change but it's convenient so I do it.
