Property Management, Real Estate Service
The experience started out great until about 3 months into the rental agreement. I was unable to get honest answers from the property management personnel, they illegally contacted my employer regarding our issues. They tried to implement an illegal rental agreement. during the move out inspection they found issues and overcharged for the corrections. The owner and the property manager failed to reimburse me for improvements that I was given permission to make.
