This was a long, l-o-n-g, project that was contracted to last for only 3 weeks but ended up taking a few weeks longer than we agreed upon. Let me also state that during the time of our contract (which was 3 weeks) there were 16 days in a row where no one showed up to do any work at all. When you contract for a 3 week job and do not show up for 16 out of 21 days is hard to finish on time. Also, punctuality is not a priority for this company! I would receive a text stating, and quot;we'll be there at 8am tomorrowand quot; and without fail they would be 45 minutes to an hour and a half late - every time. And a few times they wouldn't come at all. And on a few occasions I would be told around 12 or 1 o'clock, and quot;were going to lunch we'll be back,and quot; and they would come back at about 4 or 5 o'clock to collect their things and call it a day. If you are a stickler about your time and schedule like I am this can be a real stressor. At the end of the project, as I viewed the room, I noticed that the closet rail wasn't installed and I mentioned it. I was told, and quot;yes I have to go get that I will be here tomorrow morning to install it.and quot; Then I was quickly asked for the final payment, which I paid. I was a little worried the next day when no one came to install the closet rail....but in keeping with their professionalism they finally did install the rail, a week later. Oh yeah, I did ask of an estimate for a different project in my home before they were finished....I never heard from them again, they did me a favor!

1) He showed up about the time he said he would.
2) Surveyed the situation and gave me an estimate; I needed more done and he gave me another estimate.
3) Started the project the same day.
4) Finished the project the next day.
5) Came back and spoke w/me to show me the finished work before I paid him.

I'd been having some trouble getting new doors for the shed (one had blown off in the storm just before Thanksgiving). I spoke with one contractor and was given an estimate, but he made me uncomfortable.
I called another contractor who set a time to come out and didn't show.
I called the first contractor back (to do the work, not to discuss it again) who set a time, but did not show.
I called Shawn Owens. I was please that he was able to start right away and that the project was finished the next day. He did what he said he would do and more. He introduced me to the person who would be doing the job and did a couple of things that had nothing to do w/the job.
His price was lower than the first estimate I'd been given and he did more work than the first contractor had said he would do.
I waited to write a review because I wanted to see my brother's reaction to the new doors. He was happy with the job and happier still with the help Mr. Owens provided.
Bottom line: He did what he said he would do (and more) in a timely fashion at a better price than I'd been quoted by another contractor

They came in, worked steadily and did a wonderful job. I was esp. impressed that they left absolutely no sign that they had been there except for the fine work. I didn't have to clean up anything. I will use them again.

Shawn Owens and his team provided excellent service. They completed our bathroom remodel on time and for the price they quoted. They took care of a lot of extra issues that popped up during their short time at the house. I found a few extra things for them to do as well and they finished that work for very fair pricing.
You always wonder about who you invite into your home. i would not hesitate to let Shawn and his crew into my home at any time. They are to be trusted. My wife and I always felt comfortable with them.
I would recommend Shawn going forward. He started the project when he said he would and finished it before his expected completion date.

The owner, Shawn, came out to do the bid. He was very friendly, and listened to all of my wants and preferences. He also had a few suggestions that really worked out well, and saved me some money. He was very professional, and was always available for any of my concerns. I was very satisfied with his work. He went above and beyond to make sure that He and his Crew did a good job. I am very very satisfied with his work. I have a beautiful new bathroom, and an awesome new back deck. They really made sure that it was good quality work, even down to the smallest details

. I will definetley use them again with any future projects that come up!
