Was expecting less than they actually did so was surprised when I seem what they actually did do

They sent two people and accomplished the first cleaning in less time than they estimated. They did a very good job cleaning. A supervisor came to double check their work. I had to work around their schedule for the first cleaning, but I requested afternoons for the weekly cleaning and they accommodated my request. It took longer to get information about the schedules than I would like since I need to plan my time around the schedule. Since they haven't started the weekly cleanings, I cannot provide a review of that service as yet.
They charge $75 per hour which is certainly higher than an individual would charge. But their charge includes all employment costs as well as costs of operation.

They were good. How much I pay depends on the house, but the charge on an hourly basis.

They missed cleaning some things. I was not impressed with the $650 bill. I thought they were about $200 over priced. They were responsive and punctual. I wouldn't use them in the future.

The cleaning services were professional. However the office staff seemed irritated if I called to see what time the crew would come to clean my apartment. They were not consistent in the time they would show up to clean my home. I wanted them to clean my windows, but this is not something they included in their services. My original contract was about $75 per visit, but then the price starting increasing after a while. At one point I did question the charges, and the staff became irritated. They would send 3 or 4 girls to come clean my home, but I felt my apartment only needed one worker to come and get the job done. I stopped service due to the inconsistent arrival times of the workers.
