Washer would not go into spin cycle. Mark diagnosed problem and another that was potentially a problem. Fixed both promptly and at reasonable price. Would highly recommend and hire again.

Oven is now able to be turned on; control switch is registering about 100 degrees off. Mark was unable to fix oven to be accurate as prior owner of house glued control knob to oven. Mark feared a larger problem would occur if he tried to force the plastic knob off to the temperature control to make it more accurate.

Very well. Mark was prompted and thorough. Very quickly figured out the power cord had shorted out along with the terminal. Also had him clean the dryer vent that runs up through the attic. Would definitely use him again.

They squeezed us into a busy schedule. Service call was $90 for two appliances, ($75 for first; $15 for additional). Replaced fan motor on refrigerator, but range was old and parts were not available.

Both the woman who handles the calls and the serviceman were very helpful and I would definitely use them again.
