They did a great job  My washing machine in my utility room over flowed and we had water into the hallway and the bedroom and the bathroom, everywhere.  It was a mess.  And we were taking care of it as much as we possibly could, got the leak stopped and all that, they came out and it was like an evening,6:30, 7:00 and they were here within fifteen, twenty minutes maybe.  And pulled out the padding and the carpet and began drying it and they made arrangements for someone that they use to come after it was completely dry they came back to make sure it was drying appropriately.  Then they made arrangements for someone that they regularly use to come and re-stretch the carpet, put down new padding and then they came the following week.  We were going to be calling them anyway to clean all the carpets, but fortunately we got the order right.  We had the carpets cleaned and then they came the following week and cleaned all the carpets throughout the house.  We were very, very pleased.  They did a very good job.

They are very repsonsive, they do a great job, they cover their work or they will do it again. Highly recommend them
