My mother's neighbor gave me his name. I contacted him and he came out and fixed it. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with him. He is a very nice man. I explained to him what my mother's medical situation was, and he went about it and repaired it. She knew he was there but he never tried to come into the house or anything like that because she lives by herself. He always contacted me on anything that he had to do, and we worked it out and he got it done. It wasn't that big a deal but it was just big enough that it was raining on the inside of her house. I was amazed that he didn't charge me a lot more but he didn't and I was grateful for that. She is on a fixed income, so she couldn't afford a big bill. The quality was excellent and the price was much lower than what I anticipated. I didn't even ask him anything about any loose shingles, but when he went up there, he saw that himself and took the initiative to take care of it. Everything was excellent. He did an excellent job, and told me that if I ever needed to call him back to do anything to her roof, he would be more than happy to come back and do that. He was very responsive, and since I lived in one city and she lives down there, we made arrangements to meet on the date that I could be there to meet with him, and I appreciated that.
