Went fairly...first complaint was that I was told when ordered flooring that it was a special order & would take about a week to get 
the materials. Once materials arrived, installer got the job done in 2 days.  So I suppose it was the purchase  that was just OK.  The install was excellent!

The gentleman was friendly and explained the work, but the estimate was higher than expected for the ac replacement.

First crew that was sent was not punctual at the work that they accomplished did not look right. We called the contract project manager and he came out to look at the work. He immediately sent out another crew that did the work correctly and punctually. Very pleased with the response received to get work done correctly.

It wasn't very good. First of all, they lied to you that they're representative, they're territorial, he's supposed to come out and check everything and he basically will tell us something and it wasn't true. He said somebody would be coming out and nobody was coming out and we had problems with the windows and we're just getting a runaround. We talked to them in February and he said a representative for the windows was coming out and it was in May when I called somebody to find out when somebody is coming out, they never even had a report and then I talked to the lady there and up to this point we still have heard nothing. They're not a really honest company.

The remodel went well. No complaints. They did not do the work, they just sold us what we needed to do the work.

I had them do some work for me. They did a good job with this project. I had no issues.
