Hibdon Tires Plus Auto Care

Great! After they inspected my brakes the mechanic informed me that I only needed them cleaned and not replaced yet which saved me a nice bit of money. I decided to go ahead and add windshield wipers and an engine clean, my Jeep drives great and my squeaking brakes are long gone.

They kept me informed  and the price was comparable to the dealer price.

My dealer said my brakes needed to have the pads replaced .  Hibdon's beat their estimate by a mile.  I currently commute on a weekly basis and did not want to take any chances with the brakes.  The business was extremely busy and I ended up waiting there all day.  They were very courteous and professional.  They apologized for taking all day to do the job. I thought all was well but noticed weeks later that my car shimmies when I have to break at higher speeds.

I asked them to check my struts (a dealer said they were bad) and was told they were fine. Hibdons has done this several times - told me what I really needed or didn't need. Bottom line: I TRUST THEM.

Quality products whether your a high end Michelin or a kumho guy.

We have always had good service from Hibdon. They have good prices, have always been professional in dealing with them. Most important of all, they have the vehicle done on time. We will do business with them again.

Town and I absolutely love Hibdon Tires. They are honest, not condescending, thorough, and reasonably priced. I feel confident having my college aged daughter go to them for service, without fear they will take advantage of her. I use Hibdon for oil changes, tire purchases, and pretty much any other auto repair that I need if they can handle it. They are timely and friendly, and do a great job.

I had been to several other places in town asking about an alignment and was told I needed to schedule an appointment. I walked into Hibdons and saw a waiting room of a dozen people or more and 4 sales people at the counter and I thought could a place this busy still provide good service. I later learned the answer was yes. Half way to the counter and one of the sales people, a manager I think looked over at me and said welcome to Hibdons and one of us will be with you shortly. What a pleasant surprise.
They said they could do an alignment in about 20 minutes and I said great. About 10 minutes later I saw them pulling my car onto the rack and a few minutes later the technician came and got me to showed me which wheels were out of alignment. Their system is all computerized which told me they are using state of the art equipment I was in out of there in an hour and when I went to pay and I learned that alignments were on special that week and $10 off. I was so happy with the work that a couple days later I broght in my wife's SUV for an alignment and received the same great service and friendly attitude.

vehicle still pulls slightly to the right, though not nearly as bad as it did. however they do provide a 1 year warranty on it.

Their service is always good. I don't have any complaints. I would use them again in the future.

They are very service oriented. I would give them an A.
