I called around 7:30-800am to see if someone could come out the same day. Explained the problem over the phone. Was told most likely it was the gear(s) inside the unit itself. Told me ahead of time what the service charge was, plus the cost of any parts, and that they would call prior to showing up. They did exactly what they said they would do. They called and arrived before noon, looked at the unit, said it was indeed the large gear. They replaced it, and took the time to spray/lubricate all my garage door coils, springs, hinges, etc. I have a 3 car garage and it was the single side that wasn't working properly. It took them all of 15 min to complete. Polite and professional.
