Please see above box...this is simply an update on my prior report so that you will have my full experience with this company/owner.

It is still ongoing.  My initial contact with Mike was over a month ago.  He came out and did his estimate.  We went back and forth over some changes that I wanted for a week or so.  He then said that he would get started no later than 6/15.  He did the initial installation on 6/24 and he left me a voice message that he needed to get paid in full.  His installation included the front of the house (complete) and the back of the house (complete except for down spouts).  I paid him in full.  He told me that he needed to go purchase parts.  He told me he would be completed NLT 6/28 or 29.  That was not done.  I texted him on 6/29 and he told me that he would be completed NLT 7/5 or 6.  That was not done.  I texted him on 7/6 and he told me that he would be completed NLT 7/8.  That was not done.  I will keep after him until he completes the job.  I would recommend that you find someone else to do your gutters for you.
