Not much of a story for Gordon's, I suppose, except that they were right in their analysis of my problem when the city was telling me differently. At first it seemed as if both were passing the buck, but Gordon's called it right.

Everything went just fine; they came, climbed up to the roof and ran a roto contraption through the vent to the bathrooms!  It took a few minutes to finally get to the clog, but when they did, everything cleared out and all was well with the world again!!!! It's not much fun having unusable drains and toilets for 2 days +.

I do have a contract with them for 1 check every fall and 1 in the summer or spring and I think it was $150 or something like that so it was very reasonable. I have a personal connection with them but they're good people.

They are prompt, everybody was very courteous, they showed up when they said they would and that is amazing for many plumbers. If they cant get a hold of me they come to the house anyway if I have an appointment. I would definitely would use them again.

I ordered my shower to be fixed cos I could barely regulate it from either hot to cold but the big dude just came and try screwing fixing it with his hands and ended up not getting it right and later just to tell me that we gonna need a new one later .

February of this year the pipes under my house froze. We called Gordons and tho big men came and took MY propane heater took it outside and put the heater through a cubby hole on the side of the house. They put the head DIRECTLY on the frozen pipe. The whole time leaving my door open and it was freezing outside, so my gas bill shot up!. They were there for a few hours when the water finally started to work. We heard this noise when they left. I walked outside and looked in the hole and saw water pouring out everywhere. We called them back and told them to get here immediatly there is water going all over! My husband shut off the water in the mean time. Well when they cam back out they said they needed to replace the pipe now! (ANYONE KNOWS YOU CAN'T PUT A PROPANE JET HEATER DIRECTLY ON A FROZEN PIPE, IT WILL BUST!) Well they had to wait for  a smaller person to go under the house. He couldn't fit under the house either so they CUT A HOLE IN MY CLOSET to crawl under the house. it was muddy now under the house and he tracked all that mud through my house, and carpet! He fixed the busted pipe and NEVER FIXED THE HOLE IN THE FLOOR!! and I have animals! Before they left the hot water pressure was really low in the bathroom. They told me replace the cartridge in there and it will be better. Well we did and it didn't get better. We thought maybe the pipes were still a little frozen so we just let the water drip for the winter. So this winter it is still slow and we wanted more hot water pressure for the winter so we called them and explained the situation from last year. She said yes they will get someone out to get under the house and find out why. When they came out, they NEVER went under the house. They went in the bathroom and took the shower knob apart and said it s the cardridge. i told them it isn't i already replaced it. Then they told me I need a new part behind the cartridge. I said ok, but what about the sink? they said that will fix it for both. I asked him if he could order the part and he said no. He told me to go to home depot and get it and said put it together how i did. He also told me that the new pipe they put in will actually make the water pressure slower because the pipe is skinnier... WHAT?!?! ANYWAY, Long story short I had to call the company and they had to ship me the part and i had to fix it myself. That didn't fix the problem and i knew it wouldn't. So I called them back up and told the receptionist I need someone small to get under the house and see what is going on with the pipes. She send out big guys they come to the door and one of them recognized me and knew the issue. He siad that they probably forgot to replace some of the pipe and he said it would have to wait until monday until they can get someone small out to go under the house. I called them back on monday and said nevermind, my husband wasn't happy with them. So now i am sitting here with a $94.00 bill for labor charges! When i called they said that is their service call charge. She said too bad i have to pay it. And she hung the phone up on me!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN! I'm Disgusted! $94.00 for them to not do anything! And the bill doesn't say service charge, it says LABOR! and they were here 5 minutes. and in that 5 minute they just sat their trying to flirt with me!!!! This company has now given me a migraine and a hole in my pocket!

We had a sewer line back-up that needed to be snaked out. We were under the impression that a plumber would be out that same day. We didn't get one phone call to let us know when to expect anyone or that no one would be coming out. The next day, my mom got a big surprise, when two big dudes knocked on the door. They did the job quickly and were very nice to my mom though. Not too big on puncuality or keeping the customer up to day on expected arrival time, but the job was done well and done quickly.

At my request for a detailed estimate for replacement of our company's (Oklahoma Abstract Company, Inc.) air conditioning units, Gordon's Plumbing and Heating, Inc., (Gordon's) gave us a very detailed estimate with 3 different options and with explanations of what each option entailed, as far as the equipment, cost and the work that would be performed for each option.

Upon our giving notice to Gordon's that we wanted them to perform the work and which option we wished to have performed, they arrived at our agreed time and were very accommodating to our company by interfering with our employees' work as little as possible.  They also made every attempt to do as much as could be done while we continued to stay open.  The worker's advised us when we needed to be closed in order for them to get the rest of the job completed.

To date, we have been very pleased with their work and the timeliness with which they performed it.

Plumber came early the next day (which was good), and repaired the toilent tank in about 20 minutes.  He cleaned up the area and removed the old tank valve and flapper assemby.  The toilet now works great.
