FLEMING TV-VCR SVC

he fixed the headphone jack and said it was still stuck in headset mode so motherboard would have to be replaced. never called me back and never gave me updates......had it for months before i demanded my tv back. keep saying he had it apart waiting for the mainboard. then he canceled the mainboard said it was too much money. i went to get my tv and he wouldn't let me have it....said it was still apart and he lost some cover on the side. finally my husband went to get it and said he didn't care about the cover. when we got it home of course the tv wouldn't work anymore and he even gave us the wrong remote. the most unprofessional man i have EVER dealt with. has NO right being in business. do not take your tv here....he will do nothing and give you the run around FOREVER and never answer the phone either. we took the tv back and told him it didn't work anymore and he said he'd get right on it. mind you the tv and picture worked fine before this, we just took it down there because it was stuck in headset mode which meant you couldn't hear the tv unless you had headphones on. the picture was perfect and the tv not even a year old. needless to say that was months and months ago and we've never heard anything back from him. i just went and bought a new tv. horrible horrible experience.
