Donna, a staff member, is great and goes out of her way for me. She helped me out a lot. Their price is very reasonable. I feel their quality is better than larger retailers. You are not just a number but a customer with them. They have great service. They are honest and business competitive. I appreciated the one on one help to get what I needed. They will tell you what they prefer as if it was going into their own home. They recommended a good carpet layer to me.
