One thing that happened when they were out here at the house, they were installing something, and they dropped something on my cook top. They immediately called the company I had bought the cook top from, and then ordered a new one and called me personally and apologized for breaking it. We have had to call him a few times since we have been here, and the responsiveness has been very good. We call them and they are right here.

Unit kept having problems cooling, multiple calls and after being put off several times they came out, but never fixed the problem. Ended up calling another company to come out and remedy the problem.

Initial call made 19 May 2011. Tech advised replacing only air conditioning - no need to replace entire unit. Waited 5 days for parts to arrive. Installation made on 25 May 2011. Unit worked approximately one week. Tech added more coolant - unit again cooled for approximately one week. A different tech said TOO much coolant was added. Same story - unit cooled for approximately a week. The next tech said the problem was a dirty fan - cleaned and replaced it. Same story - again, unit ceased cooling in about another week. Two more techs performed some procedures on 2 July 2011. and as of now, the unit is still providing cool air; however, past history leaves me wondering for how long.
I'm a 75-year-widow with the usual accompaning health problems. The periods of having to endure the lack of cooling has only aggravated the situation. I will obviously used another company in the future.

We were planning on putting another unit in and they did not give me a complete estimate. The salesman they hired to do the estimate did not seem to want to give us a written estimate and we had to talk to the boss to write the estimate on paper. They are a pretty big company and they don't seem to care about us because we are just a little guy.
