Dan Mullins Nissan has been working on our vehicle. The do a great job. The staff were great. We waited for not very long. It was about 30 minutes. They have soda, water, coffee and TV.

They are asking $800 to complete the work which will ultimately be $1100. They have had my vehicle since September 27th and have not completed the work.

They met me at the door with floor mats and seat covers. I was a day early for my appointment but they took my car and finished it that day! They listened to my concerns and my car is now running well!

Mr Harrison explained everything in terms that I could understand. After seeing the belt that was replaced, I know he saved me a tow. It would not have lasted much longer. I use this shop for all of my oil changes because I feel they are honest and they are always very prompt and fast. The waiting area is pleasant and coffee was provided. When Mr Harrison determined it would take longer than expected, he got me a courtesy driver to take me to my work.

ommend to all.Stopped in with no appointment. Wayne and Tommy got right on my brake job and finished it in about 2 hours while I waited. Chatted with the owner while he was filming a commercial. A good day with a boring auto service. Recommend to all.

Although I didn't have an appoinment, they got right on it. Their Service Manager, Jimmy Toombs, visited with me. I was rather impressed as how he listened, looked me directly in the eye and everything better than most experiences I've had with service departments or dealerships for that matter. Luckily, it was just a belt and it was due anyway. Even though I didn't buy my SUV there, it didn't matter, they treated me like I did and they didn't over-charge me! I also found out they can work on my "work" car, a 2001 VW Jetta as I will schedule a tune-up on it there here pretty soon. I highly reccomend this dealership as others waited on me while I was in the waiting room. I never see this kind of courtesy anymore and it was so refreshing to see it here-if you want service or a vehicle, I encourage you to try this place. Next time I trade my vehicle, I definately will be at Dan Mullins first.

I would not take my car anywhere else. I even used this shop when I did not have a Nissan. The service is first class. They really make you feel important. I can usually drop in without an appointment and get my car done promptly. They have a comfortable waiting area with coffee. The garage is so neat and clean that it looks like you could eat off the floor (cleaner than some of the local restaurants.). They vacuum out the car and wash the windshield as part of the service. The manager Wayne is very personable and accomodating. They are great!!
