As always, Carson's work was really professional. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

While the work was done well and done timely and on budget the what did not realize until a year later is this Contractor did not ask me about nor inform me that the depreciation hold-back made by the property insurance company is normally released to homeowner after proper documentation from roofing contractor is provided. I learned of this issue from another roofer about a year later, this later roofing contractor re-roofed about 7 of my rental houses in Plano and Allen TX in 2013 after damage from hailstorm..

The job was done in a very short period of time, as promised. Excellent job of cleaning up after job was completed. I couldn't be happier and I definitely recommend them and will use in the future.

Mr. Carson was punctual to all our appointments.  His people were on time, got the work done in a timely manner and Mr. Carson even came to the house when I thought there might be a problem with part of the installation, made corrections and havn't had a care since.  We love our ridge vents, is keeping our home very comfortable even when its 104 outside. His price was not the lowest but the quality of the work and materials IMHO far outweighs what we paid in price.  Just goes to show, you get what you pay for.

Every time I used Carson I got a quick estimate and repairs done promptly.  When I needed a new roof after the hail damage Mr. Carson was very helpful in explaining the different type of shingles and insurance benefits of the different quality of shingles.  The work was preformed on the date specified and done quickly with workers who were polite, fast and knew what they were doing.

I have used Carson Roofing in the past for repairs. They always provided quick response time, quality work and competent workers. New roof was installed quickly and again quality work.

My roof replacement could not have been more pleasant.  From the estimation to completion, Mr. Carson was exceptional in his responses,working with my schedule, and attention to detail.  The items we discussed were followed to the letter, and he was very thorough in explaining each step in the process.  In the time since the new roof was put on, I have had no problems, and the appearance is still as good as it was when newly installed.    I have highly recommended Carson's Roofing  to others , and gladly do so once again for Angie's List.

overall its was a great job took four days as the heat was reaching 100+ by the afternoon.

1.  Identified issue 2.  Saw truck at another house. 3.  Got number and contact from the crew. 4.  Estimate the next day at 0800. 5.  Work completed the next day by 0900. 6 Work was as estimated and professionally done.
