I had taken my truck in to have a door latch replaced.I called ahead to find out when the service department opened and was there at 7am. Although the doors may open at 7am, they don't start work until 8am. two and half hours later I'm told that they have confirmed that the latch that I said was broken was in face broken and that they'd have to order the part. I approved the part order and then waited another hour for them to tell me my vehicle was ready, apparently it had been ready for quite someime; they just forgot to tell me. I was disappointed in that they wasted so much of my time without really fixing anything, and that they charged $75.00 to do a "diagnostic" on the problem.
I decied to just pick the part up and install it myself, when I removed the inside door panel I discovered that several screws and nuts were missing. I returned Billingsley and showed the problem to a service/customer relations manager. He hadno real defense for the missing parts or the other indicators that $75.00 worth of work had really been done. Billingsley agreed to return the $75.00 fee. I will not be using the Billingsley dealership for purchase or service again.

The most recent service was just an oil change, but we bought our car there as well as having all other services on it. The service and sales team have really impressed me. They are professional and polite. Usually, I use their shuttle service when having service done. This time they were so fast that the car was ready before the shuttle van. Pricing is fair for a dealership and we got a good deal when buying the car.

My fiancee' and I decided to trade in our car for something with more leg room for my significant other. The salesman was very helpful with finding something match almost all of needs with budget, style, size and color. We spent about six hours on the lot going through a majority of the cars they had. He wanted to make sure that we left with something that we were going to be happy with. The only reason I didn't rate them an A was because it just seemed like other salesmen didn't respect that we were trying to look on our for a bit before approaching a salesperson. Was very annoying being approach every five minutes by them.

Willie Mendoza was our salesman in July 2010. We were trading in a 2006 Nissan Titan and were looking for a new F150. Willie provided thorough information on the various F150 models, as well as features and capabilities of the trucks in general. He did not pressure us to make any decisions, and always had the vehicle cooled down and waiting for us to test drive. He assisted us in getting the absolute best rate for financing, and the best value for our trade. Willie has kept in touch, and sends yearly Birthday and Christmas cards. We were so impressed with his and Billingsley's overall service, that we consistently recommend them for our friends who are looking to upgrade their vehicles. We have one friend so far who has gone to Willie for a new purchase, and she had a similarly great experience.

They are a little bit expensive on their spares, but that's what I get for using a dealership. The manager is good, but the people who work for him sit and argue with me. I have to use them because that's the only place where I can get parts for my truck.

I didn't spend anything as it was an insurance claim. I had to take my car and go back to fix a few things. They took forever and all the parts were taken apart. To some extent, it wasn't their fault.
