We have been taking our cars to Bill's every 3 months for at least 13 years. This is the only place that I have ever felt comfortable telling the techs to do what is needed to my car and know that they will honestly take care of me. As a woman this is very important to me and know that they aren't taking advantage of me. Doris Lambert is the owner -manager and she is very particular about who she hires. Many of the techs have worked for her for years. I go for an oil change but they also check all the fluids, filters, tires, etc. When I need a new filter they bring it into the waiting room to show me what is needed. When needed they also rotate my tires and they keep me posted as to any wear that they find. I also get aqua shield applied to my windows every six months. You can drive in without an appointment and expect to have all the services done and ready to go within the hour. In most cases much less time. I highly recommend this company. Because of Bill's I feel confident that my car is running at it's best.
