I hired Audio Tech owned by Stewart & Lori Stout on 05/15/07. They committed to a verbal contract via phone to DJ my son's graduation party. Audio Tech would DJ 5 1/2 hours from 6:30 p.m.- midnight on Saturday, May 26, 2007. We agreed to a flat fee of $450.00 payable in advance. I mailed payment that day. The next day, Lori Stout called to say they would not play music with questionable lyrics. I explained that I hired them to play the music desired by the party guests whom ranged in age from 18-87! I was adamant that I did NOT want Audio Tech determining what music was acceptable for my son's party. I was assured they would honor my wishes. On party day, they were an hour late. Stewart did not play the music agreed upon and was hostile toward the guests when they requested songs. He repeatedly yelled at the guests over the microphone because latex balloons were on the dance floor near his speakers! Three hours into the set he made an excuse to pack up and leave early. NEVER HIRE!
