Service was fantastic.  I've never had a yard grow so well in such a harsh soil.  The only complaint is that they didn't always call prior to coming to my residence so that I could unlock the back yard gate for them.  On occasion, I found their employees hopping my fence to treat my back yard.

Just at the demo phase now but Ive used them for like 7 years..great family owned company.

They had guy come out and give a quote, and we worked on what I wanted done. Following the guys came out completed the work and quote guy came back to inspect and I paid the bill. Very quick and easy.

They did an awesome job. They had to work around the weather and plus the busy yard work season. But they got to me in a timely manner. They also kept good communications with me. They thoroughly clean up behind themselves and are very professional.

Didn't want to give any false advertising. I needed a lot and got great service for the amount I paid. Please see the other report about the sod, concrete, and other details.

The crew came out on a Monday, which was a holiday for most to survey. When Joe came out, he told me that his dad said that they were not only going to survey but that they would work that whole day. They did all of the prep work and began getting the heavy machinery out in the afternoon. They work through heavy wind gusts and were only stopped when a 15 minute heavy downpour came along. On that first day, they dug out 20 ft x 12 ft for the back porch extension, 12 ft x 8 ft for a slab where we are putting a generator and the area where we are putting our trash cans, and a 16 ft x 16 ft concrete slab where we are putting a storage shed. We asked them later to add another 12.5 ft x 4 ft extension of our back porch. They dug out areas where we are putting flowers and bushes and dug out a wash in our back yard and leveled it to be better prepared and not turn into a wash out from the rain like it was before we had sod laid. They continued the work the next day and a day later they laid the concrete. The work probably would have taken less than 7 working days but we decided to add a sprinkler system from a company the family bought called Land L Sprinkler and had that installed as well.

Chinese Pistache tree was planted in late spring 2010 to replace Bradford Pear tree damaged beyond repair during January 29, 2010 ice storm. After it was determined that the Bradford Pear was dead, it was removed and replaced by a Chinese Pistache. In spring 2011, the pistache did not bud. Contacted 4-D and upon inspection, it was determined that the tree was in fact dead. That tree was removed and replaced at no cost to me.

4-D Lawn and Landscape Company prepared a written proposal in plenty of time for me to review the work to be done and adjust my budget. My acceptance of the proposal was done both via e-mail and in person. I did have one question. I called the business office and left a message. The call back was within 24 hours and my question was answered. The crew arrived on the agreed-to date (to work within my sprinkler system schedule). The crew accomplished all work very professionally and even offered a suggestion on plant placement for better street (curb-side) appearance. The crew was cheerful and all work was performed quickly in order to not abuse labor hourly changes. Since the completion of the planting, 4-D has followed-up weekly to ensure and maintain excellent bed curb side presentation.

I have an annual contract that is paid monthly. Spring and Fall/Winter seasonals are extra but very reasonable.
