I have an area in my roof that I thought needed repair - I could see a spot of daylight in my attic. I called 5 roofers for estimates and the estimates were all over the place - from $250. to $1800. I was very confused about what I should do because of all of the discrepancies in price and repair options. I called BENTLEY roofing and Brian came out and explained to me that the estimates I had - would not have fixed my problem. I actually just needed to seal the hole in the stucco - which Brian did. He charged me NOTHING to do this repair. Absolutely nothing! He just repaired the stucco leak - which really didn't need a big roof repair at all! Unbelievable! If I hadn't wanted to be very sure of what repair I needed - I could have spent a lot of money on a repair that I didn't need!
