I had to call them to inquire about a product that I frequently order. The representative that I needed to talk to wasn't, immediately available to come to the phone. However, he did promptly return my call and went over everything that I had asked and spent the time with me that I needed. He had a the best attitude, and provided all the information that I needed. As a builder, I often have to inquire about products and services that they provide. They always take up their valuable time to make sure I have all the information that I need to provide quality service to my customers.I have been dealing with Walker's Hardware & Lumber (formerly Langley Home center) for about 5 years. They have always given us the best service anyone could ask for and they always have the best price, which is why I rated the price in this review. I am always greeted with the friendly smile and hello that you would expect from a hometown hardware store. They are open 7 days a week which helps out with tremendously when needing to get an early start on Monday and starting the week. I highly recommend going in and giving them a visit and giving them your business! You won't be disappointed!
