Description of Work: I had leaks in 3 different places. They removed and replaced 2 pipe jacks, replaced 15 feet of flashing and repaired the flashing on a round chimny. After the first substantial rain all 3 places still leaked. They came back and just caulked around all of the 3 places with no charge. After the next rain everything still leaked and the chimny leaked so bad that the sheetrock in the ceiling fell in on the wood burning stove. The next time I asked him if it would be easier to fix the chimny leak if he just took it out. He said yes so I told him to do it. He then told me it would be another $250.00. I told him I had already paid hin $1,000.00. He said it was because he had to do more work. Still leaked, came out a 4 th time and he said the only way he could fix the leaks was to replace the whole side of the house and he would give me a break on the labor and only charge me $2,500.00. I told him I would see him in court. So far I haven't found an address to have the summond served. I would not reccomend this company for any roofing work.
